ABOUT
Paul Edmondson is a photographer known for his minimalist landscapes of the American West and is drawn towards the places where humans and the natural environment intersect. Influences include abstract expressionism, his mother and the ordinary. Born in 1967, he was raised in Washington DC and studied anthropology at Northern Arizona University. After working as a Forest Service archaeologist in Southeast Alaska, he embarked on a 1000 mile solo sea kayak of the Inside Passage from Ketchikan to Seattle, where he's lived ever since. Paul's work is held in corporate and private collections worldwide.
